While the spread of the Covid-19 , which began last year, has not subsided and infection continues to occur, a disruption has arisen in the overseas expansion plan of Korean functional coating material manufacturer AMTE.

Last year, AMTE, which received new technology certification from the government by developing a transparent thermal barrier film, a ceramic composite coating film of the chalcogenide series, continued its growth and tried to commercialize it through overseas exhibitions, but the situation became difficult to go overseas due to Corona 19 and the exhibition is canceled.

AMTE participated in the international adhesive, coating and film industry exhibition (ATEM FAIR) three times in Korea. They launched a UV-curable hard coating with a surface hardness of 4H, and introduced anti-glare coatings and anti-static coatings for automobiles and displays.

In addition, in 2019, they participated in 'COATING KOREA' to exchange business between domestic SMEs, and the representative participated as a speaker at the 'Surface Treatment Technology Exchange', and exchange Information exchange on specialized technology of the 4th industrial revolution and the latest surface treatment under the theme of 'Technology Trend'

AMTE's flagship products are as follows. There are Antibacterial film that can inhibit bacterial growth with antibacterial nanoparticles applied, high hardness film for impact prevention. Also, Hardness / scratch-resistance alumina nano dispersion in which an alumina dispersion is added to a UV-curing hard coating solution. 

Lastly, High refractive ZrO₂ nano dispersion solution in which Zirconia is dispersed in an organic solvent consisting of five layers, and anti-fog coating, a UV-curable coating material based on a resin having a hydrophilic functional group.
