A Korean company Advance Solution announced that it had completed the ‘2022 Excellent Technology Commercialization Case Presentation’ held online and offline in December last year.

The excellent technology commercialization case presentation was co-hosted by the Korea Institute of Nanotechnology and the Venture Business Association and hosted by Gyeonggi-do. Companies participating in the 2022 business support project of the Institute of Nanotechnology attended and shared development achievements in system semiconductors and best practices in technology commercialization to strengthen their capabilities and promote growth.

Korean Advance Solution was selected as one of the five companies that showed excellent technology commercialization results and presented its best practices. Doo-Hyun Chae, CEO of Advance Solution, shared the excellence of the ZMS (Zero Monitoring System) technology through a presentation of a case study on the development. ZMS technology is a cable failure prediction system applied with a non-contact ultra-fine current sensor.

ZMS predicts current conditions or failures in advance using non-contact, ultra-small, clamp-type sensors. This system was developed based on AI algorithm-based failure and aging prediction through trend analysis, sensor technology that detects electrical characteristics, and structural design technology for function and heat dissipation. ZMS also performs a manager function, data comparison and search function by sensor and period, inspection function, and warning value setting. It was evaluated for presenting various solutions with new attempts by breaking away from the existing method.

In addition to the Zero monitoring system, Advance Solutions, which seeks to create valuable changes, provides a variety of differentiated products and solutions by expanding its business to a wide range of industries, including electronic components, air sterilizers, lighting, and lamp manufacturing.
