Aminolab, a Korean amino acid material manufacturer, has pioneered the eco-friendly utilization of slaughter blood to produce high-value materials. Founded in 2013, Aminolab specializes in developing innovative technologies to convert into sustainable resources, creating a positive environmental and economic impact.

In South Korea, approximately 100,000 to 150,000 tons of slaughter blood are treated as wastewater annually, costing hundreds of billions of won and consuming massive amounts of water. Recognizing the environmental and economic challenges, Aminolab has developed a groundbreaking solution to maximize the utility of blood as a vital biological resource. The company has independently created Korea's first blood recycling system and holds 13 patents related to this innovative technology.

Aminolab’s technological excellence is widely recognized through multiple certifications, including New Excellent Technology (NET) and Green Technology certifications, as well as ISO9001, ISO14001, Main-Biz certification, and organic certifications. These achievements highlight the company's dedication to providing sustainable and innovative solutions in the global market.

Aminolab's flagship product, Aminofarm, is the first-ever blood protein hydrolysate immune booster feed additive developed in South Korea. After six years of rigorous research, Aminofarm has demonstrated its effectiveness in animal trials conducted at Dankook University. The trials revealed significant results, including enhanced immune responses in pigs, an 18% increase in IGF-1 growth factors, reduced inflammatory reactions, a 10% improvement in weight gain, and lower levels of odor-causing substances in excrement. Additionally, it improved digestibility, reduced anemia by increasing hemoglobin levels by 19%, and decreased feed conversion ratios (FCR), making it an exceptional feed additive for piglets and sows. The findings will be published in a high-impact SCI-grade journal, further validating Aminolab's scientific advancements.

Highlighting the global applicability of their business model, CEO Haesung Park stated, “With slaughterhouses and processing facilities located worldwide, Aminolab’s innovative technology can be applied globally, addressing environmental and economic challenges on a large scale.” He added that the company's mission is to redefine slaughter blood as a valuable resource rather than waste, contributing to a more sustainable future.
Aminolab announced its plans to continue playing a leading role in the global market through eco-friendly resource utilization and technological innovation, paving the way for a sustainable future.
