As part of the agreement, MIRAE E&I plans to build a production facility at the Gunsan 2 National Industrial Complex to manufacture photovoltaic junction boxes and EV component parts. This investment is expected to significantly contribute to local economic revitalization and job creation.
Gunsan City officials believe the investment will inject new energy into the region's economy, which has faced challenges in recent years. Leveraging its technological capabilities in the renewable energy sector, MIRAE E&I is anticipated to create more employment opportunities and drive regional economic development. The company also plans to expand its production and R&D efforts in Gunsan, solidifying the city’s position as a hub for renewable energy innovation.

The company’s robust expertise in factory automation and sensor processing also positions it to make significant contributions to the broader industrial landscape. MIRAE E&I’s renewable energy initiatives, including the application of eco-friendly technologies such as solar and wind energy, are poised to propel Gunsan to the forefront of the green industry.
