SEAKI Precision, a Korean semiconductor lead frame manufacturer, is a high-speed plating company that produces semiconductor lead frames and LED frames. It manufactures high-speed plating equipment to enable electroplating of lead frames for semiconductor manufacturing and electroplating of wires.
