Jonghyun Chae, CEO of Ssangyong Stainless, a Korean stainless steel manufacturer, is famous as a young CEO.

 

Established in 1990, his mother became the CEO of Ssangyong Stain Co., Ltd. in 2009. Ssangyong Metal Co., Ltd., which was a small company as distributor raw material and after he took over the CEO of Ssangyong stain, recording annual sales growth.

 

Jonghyun Chae, an ordinary college student, joined Ssangyong Metal Co., Ltd. due to family circumstances. He began his career under his mother, a female CEO who displayed a distinctively mild female leadership and charisma.

 

His first job was to help with loading and unloading goods. In the process, CEO Jonghyun Chae was able to accumulate knowledge about raw materials, and he learned about accounting in general while switching to the ERP system.

 

CEO Jonghyun Chae still remembers as the happiest memory of the time when he was running on the field and learning all the company's systems.

 

A year later, after independence from Ssangyong Metal Co., Ltd. as Ssangyong Stain, he assumed the position of CEO.

 

Jonghyun Chae, who was engrossed in the continuous development of Ssangyong Stain, ambitiously purchased a laser cutting machine from Bystronic in Switzerland and opened a factory specializing in laser cutting. He launched his own food machine brand in earnest.

 

“Luckily I able to touch with Geun-won Lee, the technical director. At that time, the director was planning for a retirement after his retirement, and I persuaded him several times to bring him to the technical director position of Ssangyong Stain.”

 

Currently, the main products manufactured by Ssangyong Stainless, a Korean stainless steel manufacturing company, are introducing a variety of food machinery products such as Mussam Slicer, Radish Slicer, Ingredients Sterilizer, and Automatic Washing Machine.
