In a situation where the youth unemployment rate is high worldwide and employment stabilization is difficult, the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Korea selected and announced the '2019 Youth-Friendly Small and Medium Enterprises' to provide excellent information on small and medium-sized companies to Korean youth. AMTE, a Korean functional film, coating material, and nanomaterial manufacturer, was also selected.

In consideration of the necessity of expanding youth jobs, in addition to the standards favored by youth (wage, daily life balance, and employment stability), we added youth employment performance as a common indicator to practically support young people's employment.

In addition, if you make a loan according to the business agreement between the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Shinhan Bank and Credit Guarantee Fund, selected firms can receive preferential guarantees and preferential interest rates. 

Already, a total of 334 youth-friendly small and medium-sized enterprises (including small and medium-sized enterprises) has a history of providing financial incentives such as guarantee loans of KRW 688.6 billion, which is contributing to the growth capital of SMEs.
